A RIBA winner in 2015 this contemporary architecture sits at the heart of the Waddeson estate in Buckinghamshire.

Two wedge shaped buildings face each other, the main house with a dining and drawing room, a study and main bedroom. There is a flint grotto with a mirrored ceiling.

A river flows under the internal walkway. The first floor and annex has more bedrooms with terraces.

The interiors of the house were designed by David Mlinaric incorporating natural fabrics, warm colours and neutral shades.
